V-Day Tea Bouquet Gift Box

This is a special offering only available for Valentines Day! Each gift-wrapped box includes two teas that are exclusively for these gift sets, as well as a newly released tea that is being unveiled here!

Included in each Tea Bouquet Box are:

100g cake of our brand-new Blue Willow Roasted Osmanthus Ancient-Style Tieguanyin Cakes.

2oz. Jasmine Shou Puerh, which is only available in these gift boxes

100g Black Rose Tea Bars (made to look like chocolate bars), also only available in these gift boxes.

Each tea is a different style (Oolong, Black, Puerh) and each one is scented or blended with a different flower (Rose, Osmanthus, Jasmine) for a uniquely floral experience.

The Tieguanyin cakes are a collaboration between Ali and Mr. Wang, who handcrafts all of our Tieguanyin tea. He has been experimenting both with making ancient-style twisted-leaf oolong, as well as charcoal roasting osmanthus blossoms with his tea (instead of adding fresh flowers after). These two methods were combined in this experimental batch just for us and pressed into cakes to keep the blossoms distributed evenly throughout the tea. The result is a warming, uplifting tea with a soft, toasted floral element that does not overwhelm the balance of flavor in the tea. Each pot can be steeped well over 10 times to keep the gift giving.

You may have seen the Black Rose Bars in the past. They always sell out quick, but this year I wanted to make them a special treat. Old growth black tea from Simao, Yunnan is blended with whole, wild pink roses and compressed into tea bars that break apart like chocolate. Not only is the tea delicious, but the roses imbue a sumptuous floral note that adds buoyancy to the depth of the tea.

The Jasmine Shou Puerh is also a new addition and will only be offered in these boxes. It is a 2025 organically grown shou from Pu'er that is well rounded in its body and mouthfeel. The gentle scenting with fresh jasmine blossoms last summer has softened some of the earthy notes, much like a flower blooming from the earth.
