I am proud to introduce this remarkable tea!  Grown solely in Ureshino, Japan, Blue Willow is the only importer of Tamaryokucha.  This first flush tea is picked when the leaves are less than 1", leaving a slight curl in the leaf, allowing for a second steep.  The aroma of the dry leaf is captivating and the infused result is a one-of-a-kind cup.  The rich body coats your taste buds with a silky, seaweed base, balanced with a sweet umami encore.  This is the highest grade Tamaryokucha and the flavor is completely invigorating!

Suggested Steeping:
• 2 tsp. per 6 oz. water
• 170° -175°F
• 1-1.5 minutes
• Can be re-steeped a second time for 10 seconds
