Available for just a few months in the fall and winter, we make this spice blend to add a little extra warmth to the colder months.  Just making this on the stove will fill your home with nostalgic aromatics.  Orange peel, cinnamon, allspice and clove create a tangy, spicy and comforting addition to hot apple cider or mulled wine.  Just simmer the spices in cider or red wine 15 minutes to an hour depending on how spicy you like it.  The result is a delicious and aromatic treat that you'll end up craving year after year.
